About the Progress Story project management tool

Progress Story is a remote project management tool that helps our users to manage their projects, daily tasks, team members, project planning, calendars, deadlines, collaboration, and files, among other things, all in one app! Users or teams can seamlessly complete projects, keep track of upcoming deadlines for important tasks, and establish a smooth and easy workflow. The functions of Progress Story are transparent and user-friendly, allowing customers to create a work plan without additional and unnecessary complications. It greatly helps team members grow and become more organized every day, both for their own personal growth and the growth of the team. You don’t have to be an action hero to be successful; all you need is a team and a tool that will help put things right.

My Role

My role was to lead the design, and I started by emphasizing the user through research, sketches, product feature hierarchy, wireframes, UI designs, prototyping, conducting usability tests through one-on-one interviews with users, and iterating on the design. We iterate on an expandable brand style and features that are competitive in the market.
